All the members of TWICE have officially decided to stay with their current agency, JYP Entertainment.
According to multiple media reports, JYP Entertainment said that all the members of TWICE have decided to renew their exclusive contracts with the agency, ahead of their initial seven-year contract expirations this October.
“TWICE, who played a crucial role in establishing JYP Entertainment’s status, which has become a reliable source of support for the group’s growth and development as a representative K-pop girl group, agreed to renew their contracts with confidence and mutual trust,” JYPE’s official statement said.
TWICE debuted in 2015 and is composed of nine members, namely Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu. They were formed through JYP Entertainment’s reality competition show Sixteen. Some of their songs are deemed iconic K-pop hits, such as TT, Cheer Up, Fancy, I Can’t Stop Me, and More & More, among others. -HallyuLife.com
