MANILA, Philippines — AOMG (Above Ordinary Music Group) label artists Simon Dominic, Yugyeom, Gray, Loco, Lee Hi, and Woo successfully finished their ‘FOLLOW THE MOVEMENT: AOMG World Tour 2023’ last January 15 at the New Frontier Theater.
The show, which lasted for almost four hours, displayed various music performances of R&B, ballads, and hip-hop! Even before the show starts, cheers and chants from the K-Hip-hop Filipino fans were all over the place and the theater was filled with energetic and excited AOMG fans – here are some of the highlights from that night!
WOO
As the show starts, VCR was shown and after that, the AOMG guest artist for Asia tour dates, Woo, appeared on stage and was the first act of the night! Woo gave his all with a bang and he immediately receive a lot of energy from the fans as they follow along with him with his first song “R.I.P.” followed by “Chik Chik Pok Pok” which is both from his 1st Album, BLACK OUT.
The fans even chanted “Woo, Woo, Woo, Woo!” as the song ended and the smiles on Woo’s face is very visible. As he continued his set with songs “Chingiz Khan” and “Me” he said that he poured his soul into writing the song and want the fans to feel it and the lyrics were also shown on the LED screen! Followed by his song “Devil”, Woo said he does not want to go yet but his set is already finished.
Woo Won-jae, also known as Woo, is a South Korean rapper. In 2017 he joined Show Me The Money 6 and finished in third place. In the same year, he released his single “We Are” featuring Loco and GRAY. In 2020, he released his first studio album, BLACK OUT. In 2022, he released his EP, comma.
LEE HI
LEEHI opened her set with her ballad song “ONLY” and the fans instantly become immersed with Lee Hi as she soulfully sings her first song. As she was very known for her soulful sound, she also sings her tracks “Breathe” and “Savior.”
Interacting with the crowd, Lee Hi even said that she feels lonely when she’s performing because she’s alone but the night with Manila fans is different. She then continues her set with upbeat tracks “Rose”, “NO ONE”, “1,2,3,4” and “H.S.K.T.”
Toward the end of her set, she kept in a ‘dance, dance, dance’ mood with the fans as she funkily performs “Red Lipstick” which is the final track from her set.
Lee Ha-yi, also known as LEE HI, is a South Korean singer and songwriter. She debuted in 2012 with the song “1,2,3,4.” In 2023, she signed with AOMG and the following year she released her studio album, 4 ONLY.
LOCO
The third performer of the night, Loco, energetically enters the stage as he starts his set with “Sweaty” and “MBTI.” Followed by various songs “OPPA”, “Party Band”, “Too Much,” “Don’t”, “Somebody”, “Like Water”, “It Takes Time” and “ON IT + BOSS.”
Loco even shared that he went to Cebu when he was 16 years old to learn English and it was his first time in Manila.
The crowd went crazy when Loco suddenly took off his jacket and goes shirtless as he performs “NO MANNERS.”
A highlight of the night was surely when Loco got surprised and mesmerized when a lot of fans know the song “Say Yes” from the hit K-Drama, Scarlet Heart Ryeo, which Loco was the one who rapped in the said song. Indeed pure shock and joy were on Loco’s face when the Filipino fans sings their heart out as DJ Wegun plays the audio of “Say Yes.”

Kwon Hyuk-woo, also known as Loco, is a South Korean rapper and artist under AOMG who won the first season of Show Me the Money in 2016.
GRAY
After the set of Loco, the fans got more excited for GRAY as he is the fourth performer of the night. Surprising the fans with his energetic yet cool first song “Dream Chaser,” GRAY showcased his rapping skills. Following his first song, GRAY also performed “Show Window”, “TMI”, Summer Night”, “Close 2 U” and “Moon Blue.”
GRAY also expressed that it is his first time in Manila and said that the fans are the best and he’s so thankful to their fans in Manila. He also said that he feels so good that the fans were enjoying the night.
Resuming with his set, GRAY performed his various songs “Baby Don’t Cry”, “Stay The Night” “Make Love”, and his mellow song, “U.” Vibing with the upbeat music, the fans sing along with GRAY with his song “Lose Control”
Loco went back to stage as he perform “Just Do It” and “Late Night” with GRAY and the fans loved their cute and adorable interaction. The last two songs concluded the end of GRAY’s set.
Lee Seong-hwa, also known by his name, GRAY, is a South Korean singer, rapper, and record producer. In 2021, GRAY released his first studio album Grayground. GRAY is currently signed to AOMG.
YUGYEOM
The momentum of each fan got higher and higher as the fifth artist of the night to appear on stage is Yugyeom. Waving their Ahgabong as they showed support to Yugyeom, he then showed up on stage and performed his song “I Want U Around” making the fans scream so loud.
Yugyeom’s suave groove definitely showed how good of a dancer is he. Following his opening song, he also performed “Take You Down”, “Lights” and “All About U” with Loco!
As the fans thought artist collaboration is over – it’s not, since GRAY then appeared on stage for “Running Through The Rain” and “All Your Fault.”
After that, he performed “Love The Way” and even flex his dancing skills as he danced to Woo’s Chingiz Khan. Ending his set with his latest single “Ponytail”. Last year, Yugyeom went back to Manila for his solo concert last August 19, 2022, and now he’s back again in Manila with his label-mates for Follow The Movement AOMG World Tour 2023.
Yugyeom is an artist under the Korean hip-hop and R&B label — Above Ordinary Music Group (AOMG) & a member of a 7-member group, GOT7. In 2021, Yugyeom released his first EP, Point of View: U, featuring his title track All Your Fault ft. GRAY. In 2022, Yugyeom released his single “Ponytail” with Sik-K.
SIMON DOMINIC
Who wouldn’t know SIMON D-O-M-I-N-I-C? Being the night’s last performer, the fans waited for this very moment for Simon Dominic. The screams and excitement filled the whole New Frontier Theater as Simon Dominic perform “Dax4” with swag.
Followed by his HIT and the iconic song “SIMON DOMINIC” the crowd went wild and sings along with Simon Dominic. Simon Dominic then performed “POSE”, “room type”, “GOTT” and “I’MMA DO.”
Simon Dominic asked the crowd who is his ‘Wifey’ as he perform the song. He also expressed the fans are so good and many pretty people. He even said a few Tagalog words like “maganda” and “pogi“.
Continuing his set, Simon Dominic hyped the crowd with “GO”, “Baddest Nice Guys”, “NO THANXXX”, “At Night,” and “Make Her Dance.” Of course, as part of his set list, Simon Dominic also performed the iconic “MOMMAE” and ended his set with “Comfortable.”
Jung Ki-seok, also known as Simon Dominic, is a South Korean hip-hop recording artist. He first debuted in 2009 as a member of the Supreme Team but later on disbanded in 2013. In 2014, he become the co-CEO of AOMG until 2018 but later on resigned but remained signed to the label as a rapper.
ENCORE
A concert won’t be complete without an encore, AOMG perfectly executed their ENCORE as ALL of the artists went back again on stage to perform a couple more song collaborations.
The boys of AOMG first appeared again as they perform “119 REMIX” and “UPSIDE DOWN.” During the third encore song, AOMG artists requested the fans to not use their phones and enjoy “TTFU.”
Going back to the stage, Lee Hi performed “Party For The Night” with the whole crew. The AOMG gang then wrapped up their set list with “We Are” and “Who You.”
