It is indeed a HEALing moment that finally Ji Chang Wook returned to the Philippines for his ‘Moments with Ji Chang Wook’ fan meeting in Manila last August 4, 2024, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
The renowned South Korean actor Ji Chang Wook is known for his roles in Smile Again, Warrior Baek Dong-soo, Empress Ki, Healer, The K2, Suspicious Partner, and more.

Ji Chang Wook’s return to Manila had various exciting and memorable moments with his lovely fans and Ji Chang Wook also performed a couple of songs that touched the hearts of his Filipino fans. Ji Chang Wook began his fan meeting show by singing “Kissing You” from the web series “7 First Kisses” and was greeted cheerfully by his Filipino fans.
When asked about what he missed about his fans in the Philippines he said,
I think just everything about the Filipino fans. I feel very grateful that I have fans in the Philippines who warmly welcome me. I am grateful that I have this opportunity [fan meeting] to come to the Philippines.

UPCOMING PROJECTS
He was asked if he had upcoming fan projects and he revealed that on August 7, the movie ‘Revolver’ will be released. Aside from that, he’ll be a special guest in a drama that will be released in late August titled ‘The Queen Woo.’ Moreover, the latter part of this year, ‘Gangnam B-Side’ will be released at Disney+ and lastly, Wookie also shared that starting next month, he’ll start shooting for a new drama called ‘Sculpture City.’ Talking about his latest shoot with BENCH, Ji Chang Wook he felt good with the final result. “It was a fun shoot. I have mixed emotions,” he added.
FUN SEGMENTS
There’s a series of fun segments in which lucky fans were selected to have a special moment to remember with Ji Chang Wook like the Healer segment in which the fans ask him questions and he gave them advice.
A fan even said, “Papa Jesus, ang gwapo” when she finally sat down in front of Ji Chang Wook before asking her question. And we can’t deny that Ji Chang Wook is indeed very handsome and lovely.
COMPLETE A HEART WITH JI CHANG WOOK
Another fun moment was when Ji Chang Wook needed to complete a heart with the fans and after completing a heart, he needed to say Tagalog words like “Bagay Tayo,” “Gusto Kita,” “Kumusta ka?,” “Punta Ka Sa Korea,” and “Mahal Kita.”

WISH GRANTED BY JI CHANG WOOK
During the If You Wish Upon Me Segment, a sticky notes from the fans was delivered to the stage and Ji Chang Wook choosed ten (10) wishes that he will grant on the day. These wishes included a selfie with Ji Chang Wook, a message for their mom, and a staring contest with Ji Chang Wook.
The smiles of the fans really showed how happy they are while Ji Chang Wook grants their wishes. There’s also a fan who mentioned that his wish was “World Peace” and the fan along with Ji Chang Wook cutely posed a peace sign.
ROOKIE VS PRO SEGMENT
As we know Ji Chang Wook is a good actor, he showed his acting skills along with a lucky fan as they reenacted a scene from the scenes that were shown on the LED screen including a sweet back hug.

SONGS PERFORMED BY JI CHANG WOOK
After the interactive and fun games, a surprise video containing messages from his fans was played on screen and the crowd sang Lee Juck’s “Laundry” with Ji Chang Wook joining at the latter part of the song. Ji Chang Wook thanked his fans as he gained a lot of strength from everyone who supported and loved him until today. He even added,
“I’m actually very happy that it was a very fun fan meeting today. I also realized that I’d love to have more opportunities to visit the Philippines and meet you more often.
Ji Chang Wook ends his fan meeting show singing “Even Though I Loved You” from the Korean musical “The Days,” and “Watch Over You” from the Korean drama “Healer.”
