Korean actor Ji Chang Wook and Kim Yoo Jung will be joining together on SBS upcoming drama ‘Backstreet Rookie’ which will air on June 12.
Backstreet Rookie is based on the hit webtoon ‘Convenience Store Saet Byul’, which shows the unpredictable love story between a convenience store owner and his part-time employee. Ji Chang Wook will take the role of ‘Choi Dae Hyun’, a convenience store owner and Kim Yoo Jung will take the role of ‘Jung Saet Byul’, a part-time employee at a convenience store.
Joining them are Seo Ye Hwa and Yoon Soo who will take the roles of ‘Hwang Geum Bi’ and ‘Cha Eun Jo’ respectively. They will be the close friends of ‘Jung Saet Byul’.
Former Secret member Han Sunhwa will take the role of ‘Yoo Yeon Joo’, the girlfriend of Choi Dae Hyun. LABOUM Solbin will take the role of Saet Byul’s sister.
